Joshua D. Farley, Counsel of Record On October 13, 2005, undercover informants for the Lexington, Kentucky, police purchased crack cocaine from several drug traffickers as part of a sting operation. Following the transaction, one of the sellers ran back to his apartment. Uniformed officers, waiting nearby, followed the fleeing drug dealer into the building.
