On May 24, 2004, the Kingdom of Norway filed a third-party statement supporting the EC in its unofficial moratorium on new approvals of GMOs. The following is excerpted from that submission.The present case addresses certain issues relating to the trade and marketing of genetically modified organisms and products that incorporate such GMOs.
