The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) is the U.S. Government agency that manages all U.S. international broadcasting, including Voice of America (VOA), Radio Free Europe, Radio Free Asia, and Radio Martí. S. Enders Wimbush is a board member of BBG and chairs its Strategy and Budget Committee. He served as director of Radio Liberty from 1987 to 1993.
