New Immigration Rule
President Obama has proposed a new rule that would allow certain illegal immigrants with spouses who are U.S. citizens to stay in this country while they apply for hardship waivers. To receive a hardship waiver, such individuals must prove that their deportation would cause extreme hardship to their U.S. relatives.
