Kuntrell Jackson was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a felony murder that took place in Arkansas shortly after his fourteenth birthday. He appealed his sentence, and the case was consolidated with Miller v. Alabama by the Supreme Court when it granted certiorari. Bryan A.
