Larry Harmon is a software engineer and Navy veteran who has lived in northeastern Ohio since 2000. He has frequently cast ballots in State and Federal elections, but skipped a number of votes starting in 2009 because he was dealing with family health issues and uninterested in the candidates running. A 2015 State referendum on marijuana legalization caught Harmon’s eye, however, and he headed to the polls. When he got there, he was told he was ineligible to cast a ballot.
