Senator Cortez Masto was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2016. She was a Federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., from 1999 to 2001 and Assistant Manager of Clark County from 2002 to 2005. She served as Attorney General of Nevada from 2007 to 2015.
