Representative Castle, Delaware’s At-Large Representative, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992. From 1966 to 1968, he served in the Delaware House of Representatives. From 1968 to 1976, he served in the Delaware Senate, where he was Minority Leader from 1975 to 1976. He was Governor of Delaware from 1984 to 1992.
