His office has issued numerous opinions and briefs throughout the vote recount process. Kimberly J. Tucker is a Deputy General Counsel for the Florida Office of the Attorney General. She has specialized in the termination of multi-year Federal suits, the dissolution of consent decrees, the defense of the State against constitutional challenges to legislative enactments, and tobacco litigation.
