John A. Levin, Counsel of RecordThe Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission oversees electric utilities and power suppliers within the State, which has largely deregulated its energy industry. Unlike the commissions that are suing FERC, Pennsylvania supports FERC’s efforts to regulate the unbundled transmission of electricity. John A. Levin is the assistant counsel for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. He received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1977.
