Carl C. Danberg, Counsel of Record Delaware filed a brief in this case because, as a low-lying coastal State, it is concerned about the potential for global warming to cause increased flooding and coastal erosion, increased ocean temperature, and heightened damage to the environment. Carl C. Danberg served as attorney general for the State of Delaware from December 2005 to January 2007. He received his law degree from Widener University in 1992.
