Founded in 1915, the Fraternal Order of Police is the world’s largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers, with more than 2,100 lodges and nearly 300,000 members. William Nolan has been a Chicago police officer since 1959 and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police since 1963.
