Brain Injury Treatment
A new report to Congress from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) details the impact that a traumatic brain injury (TBI) can have on children and their families. The Report to Congress on the Management of Traumatic Brain Injury in Children identifies gaps in care, outlines ways to reduce those gaps, and suggests policies to address the short- and long-term consequences of such injuries.
