The Medicare Rights Center is a national nonprofit organization that works to ensure access to affordable health care for seniors and people with disabilities. The center provides counseling and education to consumers, helping them to understand their rights and benefits as well as navigate the Medicare system. It is the largest independent source of Medicare information and assistance in the U.S. Fred Riccardi has been a leading Medicare advocate for over 10 years. He is an expert in federal and state health care policy and has worked with a variety of stakeholders to help Medicare beneficiaries and their families access affordable care.
