Representative Wolf, of the Tenth District of Virginia, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1980. He served as a Legislative Assistant to then U.S. Representative Edward Biester (PA-R) from 1968 to 1971, as an Assistant to U.S. Interior Secretary Rogers Morton from 1971 to 1974, and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior from 1974 to 1975.
