Anti-dumping Agreement — The World Trade Organization (WTO) Anti-dumping Agreement allows countries to impose anti-dumping duties to protect their producers from injury caused by imports of dumped goods. Anti-dumping Duties — Anti-dumping duties are applied to imports of a particular good from a specified country in order to eliminate the harm being caused by the dumping to the domestic industry of the importing country.Binding — In the WTO, when countries agree to open their markets for goods or services, they "bind" their commitments.
