Gerard Wallace, Counsel of RecordThe Grandparent Caregiver Law Center is part of the Brookdale Center on Aging at Hunter College of the City University of New York. Its purpose is to provide legal support for grandparents who are the sole caregivers for their grandchildren in the absence of the children’s parents. Gerard Wallace is the director of the Grandparent Caregiver Law Center. He has published numerous articles on grandparents’ rights. He is a 1997 graduate of Albany Law School.
