Fellmeth, Counsel of RecordFounded in 1977, the National Association of Counsel for Children consists of nearly 2,000 attorneys, judges, professors, and other professionals concerned with children’s issues. Robert C. Fellmeth is a professor and director of the Center for Public Interest Law at the University of San Diego Law School. He is also the founder and Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Institute. He has written numerous books and articles on children’s issues and the law.
