Recent Action on the Ryan White CARE Act
The Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act addresses the unmet health needs of people living with HIV/AIDS by funding primary health care and support services. Congress has not substantially increased the funding for the Act since 2003.
