Cameron Devore, Counsel of Record Cable News Network and its parent company Turner Broadcasting, as well as CNN employees Robert Rainey, Donald Hooper, and Jack Hamman, were co-Appellees in Berger, et ux. v. Hanlon, et al. before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
