Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence is the public-interest law arm of the Claremont Institute, a conservative think tank based in California. The following is excerpted from the Amicus Curiae Brief for Applicants as submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court on April 29, 2025. The United States has, at this point, only made a “modest” request to “restrict the scope” of multiple, universal preliminary injunctions.
