Gregory D. Smith, Counsel of RecordKenneth R. Green II is a college freshman and amateur golfer who plans to compete in the PGA Q School at some future date. As a small child, Green had a medical condition that required the amputation of his left foot. He does not use a cart when playing golf, however. Gregory D. Smith has a private practice in Clarksville, Tennessee, and is a part-time municipal judge. He is a 1988 graduate of Cumberland School of Law.
