Judith L. French, Counsel of RecordOhio, Michigan, and West Virginia joined the original lawsuit in circuit court attempting to force EPA to perform cost-benefit analyses when setting air quality standards. In addition to being amici in this case, they are also Co-Respondents in Browner v. American Trucking Associations, Inc., et al. Judith L. French is Chief of the Chief Counsel’s Staff in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, French served as Deputy Director for Legal Affairs at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
