Judith L. French, Counsel of RecordOhio, Michigan, and West Virginia joined the original lawsuit in circuit court attempting to force EPA to perform cost-benefit analyses when setting air quality standards. In addition to being amici in this case, they are also Co-Respondents in Browner v. American Trucking Associations, Inc., et al. Judith L. French is Chief of the Chief Counsel’s Staff in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
