Joint Statement
The NAFTA Free Trade Commission was established by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and is comprised of the ministers responsible for international trade in the three signatory countries. It has broad oversight responsibilities over the operation of NAFTA. The following is excerpted from "A Decade of Achievement" by U.S. Trade Representative Robert B.
