Representative Castle, Delaware’s At-Large Member, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992. He served as Delaware’s Deputy Attorney General from 1965 to 1966, in the Delaware House of Representatives from 1966 to 1968, in the Delaware Senate from 1968 to 1976 (including a term as Minority Leader from 1975 to 1976), and as Delaware’s Lieutenant Governor from 1984 to 1992.
