Education Costs
In Congress and on the campaign trail, both parties are putting forth proposals this year to expedite repayment of student loans and address increases in tuition and other education costs. On the Republican side of the aisle, discussions involve using tax incentives or penalties to push universities to use a share of their investment income to help students from lowand moderate-income families with their student loans.
