They are anonymously filing suit against Santa Fe’s policy of allowing students at its high school to hold yearly elections to choose a classmate who will deliver a brief "message or invocation" before home school football games. The Respondents allege that this policy violates the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause, which forbids State support for or endorsement of religion.
