On October 19, 2017, Senators Amy Klobuchar (MND), Mark Warner (VAD), and John McCain (AZR) intro­deuced S. 1989, the Honest Ads Act, to require that online political ads are covered by the same rules as ads sold on TV, radio, and satellite.
