The Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, in an 11-to-one vote … on November 5, 2009, approved the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act (S. 1733). The bill that passed out of committee is a slightly revised version of the Chairman’s Mark, which had been introduced in late October.
