Prior to joining the Center, Lawrence J. Korb was a Senior Fellow and Director of National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. He served as Assistant Secretary of Defense in the Reagan Administration from 1981 to 1985, and as Professor of Management at the U.S. Naval War College from 1975 to 1980.
