Ambassador Sha Zukang
The People’s Republic of China has an estimated stockpile of 110 million antipersonnel landmines. In 2002, it donated $3 million to mine action programs in Eritrea and Lebanon. Sha Zukang is Ambassador for Disarmament Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.
